1. Scope
These terms govern the use of the ModStyle website and any B2B cooperation between Mod Style Sverige KB (the "Company") and clinics, distributors and professional partners (the "Partner").
2. Professional use only
All products presented on this website are intended exclusively for qualified aesthetic professionals. By submitting an inquiry, the Partner confirms that they hold the credentials necessary to handle and apply the requested products in their jurisdiction.
3. Orders and pricing
All product availability, pricing and delivery conditions are confirmed individually following a B2B inquiry. The Company reserves the right to decline any inquiry without stated reason.
4. Delivery and risk
Shipments are arranged via professional logistics partners. Risk transfers to the Partner upon delivery. The Partner is responsible for verifying the integrity of received goods and notifying the Company of any discrepancies within seven (7) days.
5. Liability
The Company supplies products on a B2B basis and is not responsible for clinical decisions, treatment outcomes or any misuse by the Partner. Liability is limited to the value of the supplied goods, save where mandatory Swedish law provides otherwise.
6. Intellectual property
All trademarks, brand names and product imagery referenced on this website remain the property of their respective owners. ModStyle acts as an independent professional distributor.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be resolved by Swedish courts, with the District Court of Stockholm as the court of first instance.
